Job description
LVH is a leader in the ultra-luxury home-sharing catering to world-traveling high net worth individuals, their families, and business associates through a network of thousands of full-service homes in over 100 international destinations.
The Housekeeper is the key member of the LVH Team, working independently, and has a relentless focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. This team member is primarily responsible for ensuring each home is impeccably cleaned and organized while maintaining attention to all guest areas and guest needs.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning including making beds and organizing all spaces indoors and out
Meal service assistance and cleanup
Perform turn-down service in the evening
Assist with grocery deliveries and organizing
Refresh spa products
Arrival and departure deep cleaning
Personalize and attend to all guest's needs as required
Reporting any property damages
Compensation:
$25-30 per hour based on experience

Job requirements
Qualifications:
2 or more years of related work experience
Conversational verbal English skills and proper etiquette knowledge
Broad knowledge of property, household items and their care and laundry
Time management and organizational skills
Resourceful, flexible quick learner, and self-management skills
Has physical capabilities to lift 30-40 lbs
Take initiative, anticipate guests needs and able to follow instructions
Able to work at least 8 hours shifts and accommodate late hours if requested by the client
Able to work with or around house pets
Knowledge in first aid and safety procedures
Able to work as a team player and do what is necessary to enhance the client’s stay
