Job description
LVH is a leader in the ultra-luxury home sharing catering to world-traveling high net worth individuals, their family, and business associates through a network of thousands of full service homes in over 100 international destinations.
Under the general supervision of the Finance Director, the Finance Specialist will provide direct support to the Finance Management Team, collaborate with Administration and other Teams and perform related work as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage expenses submitted by team members for reimbursement and company-issued card charges
Post owner bills and partner commissions accurately and manage related payments
Process vendor bills, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and manage related payments
Prepare accurate guest statements at check-out and monthly statements for Property Management and DOMUS
Assist with monthly close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting support
Support finance-related onboarding processes for field team members
Maintain and update tracking files for field team agreements; review working hours and prepare payroll data
Update and maintain systems containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII), ensuring secure documentation and compliance
Manage inventory movements and ensure the inventory tracking system remains accurate and up to date

Job requirements
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred, but not required)
3+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Hospitality industry experience is a plus
Experience with SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Basic financial and billing knowledge
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
